Haworth 40's Weekend

No wildlife today visited Hawoth 1940's weekend, had a nice day and the weather was good for a change--:

Good day today, went down to Cromwell Bottom NR and seen plenty of birds--:
                     
                                         2        Greater Spotted Woodpecker
                                         5         Jay
                                         7        Bullfinch
                                         6        Chaffinch
                                         3        Grey Heron
                                         1        Great Crested Grebe
                                         Dunnocks, Robins, Great Tits,Blue Tits,Blackbirds aplenty.
                                         Swallows, Martins, warblers, chiff chaffs,Coots, Canada's
                                         2 Blackcap, Long Tailed Tits.
                                  

                                  

Quiet in the garden lately so had a walk down EGP--:
                              Canada Geese with goslings
                              Blackcaps,willow warblers, robins LT Tits,Blue Tits, Great Tits,
                              Cormorant, Bullfinchs, Chaffinch's, Jay's, Goosanders,coot's,Blackbirds, Swifts  about 20 of them, no sign of redpolls this time though.. Seen plenty all in a hour.

Birds in Garden today--:

                           4 Blue Tit
                           2 Great Tit
                           2 Collared Dove
                           2 Chaffinch
                           2 Bullfinch
                           2 Robin
                           1 Jay
                           1 Raven flying over field at back
                           2 Badger at night.

                           Cromwell Bottom--:
                             5 Jay
                             3 Willow Warbler
                             2 Grey Heron
                             lots of Redpolls,Blue Tits and Great Tits and Robins and Canada Geese
                             missed the Cormorants and Kingfisher.Grebe in reed lake

Garden seems to be getting active again, and met a nice fella down at cromwell bottom, Mike Henshaw.

                                2 Tree Sparrow
                                1 Great Tit
                                1 Sparrowhawk
                                Corvids and Starlings
                                last night 2 Badgers and Tawny Owl.

                                 Lesser Redpoll
                                 Whitethroat
                                 Willow Warbler
                                 Great and Blue Tits
                                 Dunnocks
                                 Robins
                                 Blackbirds
                                 Mallards
                                 and Buzzard soaring overhead.
